Jo’s career at Goldman Sachs spanned nearly two decades, during which she held various key roles within the firm. She was the lead investor on the company’s Launch With GS project, a $500 million investment created to narrow the investment gender gap, and also contributed to the Committee for Corporate Investment and the Sustainable Investing Committee.
Throughout her career, Jo has made significant contributions to successfully progressing equality, ensuring access and acquiring desired results. She has served in different leadership roles, driving innovation and delivering exceptional financial solutions to clients. Through her deep understanding of the global markets and her ability to navigate complex financial landscapes, Jo has consistently helped clients achieve their business objectives.
Jo actively supports initiatives aimed at promoting education, entrepreneurship and sustainable development, demonstrating her commitment to making a positive impact in society. Her philanthropic endeavors include founding and serving on the board of The SiTa Foundation, a charity that provides technology to victims of violence to secure support and gather evidence to ensure successful prosecution of perpetrators. Additional board service includes nonprofit Safe Horizon and corporate boards, including MDVIP and Mirion Technologies.
The Red Door Community honored Jo at the 2023 Celebration of Women Working & Living with Cancer Luncheon, celebrating her efforts to support healthcare. She was also named as one of Mindr's 2022 Women of Influence.
