Kirill Rubinski
Chief Executive Officer, NEQSOL Holding
Kirill Rubinski is Chief Executive Officer of NEQSOL Holding, the Amsterdam-headquartered international group operating across energy, telecommunications, hi-tech, construction, and mining in 11 countries across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He was appointed to the role on 1 May 2026, succeeding Yusif Jabbarov, who transitioned to Chairman of the Board.
Mr. Rubinski joined NEQSOL Holding in 2025 as Senior Advisor to the Shareholder and a Member of the Holding's Advisory Board before being elevated to CEO. His mandate as CEO centers on tighter integration across the Group's business units, accelerated digital transformation, strengthened governance frameworks, and the pursuit of new opportunities in international markets.
An international investment banker and technology investor with over 30 years of experience across global financial markets, private investment, and strategic advisory roles in Europe and the United States, Mr. Rubinski continues to manage a family office focused on direct investments and venture capital.
He previously held senior positions in international financial institutions, including Marsh & McLennan, where he served as Executive Director of European Structured Finance, and Crédit Lyonnais, where he served as Executive Vice President. In these roles, he worked on complex financing structures and investment activities across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors.
Mr. Rubinski also previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of East One Group, an international investment management group based in London and Kyiv, where he oversaw a diversified portfolio spanning media, internet services, and traditional industries.
In addition, he also acted as a managing partner and advisor in private equity and venture capital, leading and advising investments in technology, alternative energy, industrial assets, and media businesses. His experience includes involvement in advanced mobility and aviation-related projects in the United States.
Mr. Rubinski received a Master of Science (equivalent) from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP), where he specialized in communication and information management, and holds a degree in economics and international economic relations (BA equivalent) from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO University).
