The launch of Pallas Partners in 2022 was one of the most significant new law firm openings in the UK in recent times, and marked a departure from traditional law firm models with unique targets and alternative fee structures, cementing Natasha’s reputation as a disruptor within the legal industry.
Before establishing Pallas, Natasha was a key figure at Boies Schiller Flexner, where she was appointed co-managing partner and then chair elect to American trial lawyer, David Boies. Despite being the only British woman to lead a US law firm, Natasha took the decision to leave BSF, with the majority of the firm’s London office following her.
Natasha’s commitment to sustainability and responsibility is the cornerstone of her leadership philosophy. She was awarded the HERoes Woman Role Model title for the fifth time in 2023 for her efforts in pioneering the way for women in law. Pallas is dedicated to achieving diversity parity, increasing community support and becoming carbon neutral by 2025, demonstrating Harrison's forward-thinking approach to law firm management.
